Technical Training Programs
AthElite Lab’s Technical Training Programs are delivered in small group and team training environments and operate on a fixed, seasonal schedule to support consistent development and progression. Program length varies by season and is structured to align with the competitive calendar and age-appropriate training priorities.
These programs include Ball Mastery, Technical Development, High-Performance, and Position-Specific Training, each designed to improve on-ball ability, decision-making, and game understanding. Sessions are intentionally planned to provide high-repetition, game-relevant training that supports long-term player development within a structured and competitive environment.
-
The Ball Mastery program is designed for players aged 6–10 who are looking to improve their ball control and confidence on the ball. Sessions focus on age-appropriate technical drills that teach players how to control, manipulate, and move the ball effectively.
Through engaging, high-repetition activities, players develop coordination, creativity, and early decision-making skills in a fun yet structured training environment.
-
Our Small Group Technical Training program focuses on all aspects of the game, providing well-rounded development rather than position-specific instruction. Designed for players aged 11–13, sessions are typically organized by age group to ensure appropriate challenge and progression.
Each session includes a variety of game-relevant drills that develop passing, defending, finishing, and overall conditioning, helping players apply technical skills across different on-field scenarios.
-
The Position-Specific Training program allows players to develop the technical and tactical skills required for their playing position, including striker, defender, midfielder, and winger.
Sessions focus on position-relevant drills and game scenarios that help players translate training directly to match performance, improving decision-making, movement, and execution within their role on the field.
-
The High Performance program is designed for advanced players aged 14 and older seeking to train at a higher intensity. Sessions focus on all aspects of the game, providing well-rounded development rather than position-specific training.
Training includes a variety of game-relevant drills emphasizing passing, defending, finishing, and conditioning. Sessions are fast-paced and demanding, designed to challenge players physically and mentally while preparing them for competitive match environments.
